• How does the Gadget Care+ plan work?

Gadget Care+ provides either a 12 months Accidental Screen Crack Protection or an additional 12 months of Extended Warranty Protection, or a combination of both coverage for your mobile phone.

• Do you use original parts for the repairs?

Yes. Repairs are done by the Authorized Brand Service Centre, and they are 100% original parts with the original warranty intact.

• Can I claim multiple times under the 12 months warranty period?

Depending on the plan purchased, Screen Crack Protection can only cover a 1-time claim under the 12 months period. For extended warranty, user can claim multiple times up to purchased device value for manufacturer faults only.

• Are there any repair-related restrictions for warranty eligibility?

Yes. For used phones, please ensure the device has not been previously repaired. Any prior repair will render the warranty plan invalid. For brand new phones, only repairs carried out by the original manufacturer or authorized service centres are accepted. Repairs done by third-party or unofficial technicians will void the warranty coverage.
