Does MobileRelation sell brand-new and pre-owned devices?
MobileRelation carries both brand-new and pre-owned devices. Use the Device Status filter and check the individual product page to confirm the condition of a specific device.
Do the devices come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, brand and device condition. Please refer to the relevant product page or contact our team to confirm the applicable warranty coverage.
Can I collect my order from a MobileRelation outlet?
Pickup and in-store shopping options are available for selected orders. Availability may depend on the product and outlet. Please confirm the collection option during checkout or contact our team.
Does MobileRelation offer delivery in Singapore?
Yes, we provide free standard delivery within Singapore, which takes 2–4 business days. For same-day or express delivery, an additional fee applies.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept CDC vouchers, cash, PayNow, and bank transfer, as well as instalment plans through partners such as Atome.
What is the return or exchange policy?
We do not offer returns. If your phone has a manufacturing fault or issue, we’re happy to arrange an exchange — either for the same model or a different product, with a top-up or cashback where applicable.
Can I trade in my existing phone?
Yes. Visit our Trade-In page to select your device and receive an estimated trade-in value.
