Before You Sell Your Used Apple AirPods
- Remove the AirPods from Find My: Settings > Bluetooth, tap the info button next to them, then Forget This Device. Confirm they are removed from your Apple Account.
- Reset them: put both earbuds in the case, keep the lid open, then press and hold the setup button (or double-tap the front of the case on models without a button) until the status light flashes amber, then white.
- Clean the earbuds and case with a dry, lint-free cloth.
- Bring the box and cable if you have them.
- Have your NRIC or Singpass ready. Identity verification is required under the Secondhand Dealers Act.

Do I need the box to sell my Apple AirPods?

Can I sell an overseas Apple AirPods in Singapore?
Yes, we accept some overseas units, but the trade-in price can differ from a Singapore set, and units from certain countries are not accepted. The quote on this page is for Singapore sets. For an overseas unit, please WhatsApp us with your model number and country of purchase to get a quote.

All price quotations are provisional and contingent upon the device meeting the specified condition criteria. We reserve the right to adjust the offered price or decline the transaction if the device's condition does not match the initial description. - Regulatory Compliance:
In accordance with the Secondhand Dealers Act regulated by the Singapore Police Force, we are obligated to verify the seller's identity. This requires a valid NRIC or Singpass for record-keeping purposes and a mandatory IMEI screening conducted through the authorized system. - Pricing for Multiple Units:
The advertised price applies to a single unit. Pricing for subsequent devices may vary. For trade-ins involving multiple items, please contact our team via WhatsApp to obtain an accurate quotation. - Device Eligibility and Ownership:
We strictly do not accept devices that are network or SIM-locked. Furthermore, we only process trade-ins for devices that are the legal property of the seller. Any attempt to trade in an ineligible or non-owned device may lead to legal proceedings. - Data Responsibility:
The seller is responsible for fully removing all personal data, Apple ID, Google accounts, iCloud locks, and any other security features before handing over the device. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from data that has not been properly erased. - Price Adjustment:
In the event of significant market fluctuations or changes in official buy-back values, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted price prior to the completion of the transaction. - Physical Condition and Deductions:
If the screen is heavily scratched or the housing is badly dented, we will deduct the amount based on the current market trade-in value.
