We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, an exchange will be provided if the product is found to be faulty upon delivery or within the warranty period.

All devices come with a 1-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Eligible pre-owned iPhones come with a longer MR Warranty of 6 or 12 months instead. See MR Warranty

How to Check Your Mobile Phone Warranty

Find your serial number or IMEI: on most phones you can dial *#06# to show the IMEI. On iPhone, you can also go to Settings → General → About.
Use the brand’s official warranty check: enter the serial number or IMEI on the brand’s warranty check page linked above to see your coverage end date.
Keep your proof of purchase: save your MobileRelation receipt or invoice, as service centres may ask for it when you make a warranty claim.
Back up your data first: before sending your phone to a service centre, back up your photos and files, as repairs or replacements may reset the device.
