Yes. It has Active Noise Cancellation, even with its open-type design.

How long does the battery last?

Samsung rates it at up to 6 hours per charge with ANC off, or 5 hours with ANC on. With the case, that rises to up to 30 hours with ANC off, or 24 hours with ANC on.

Is it water resistant?

Yes. It is rated IP57 for water and dust resistance.

What is the difference between the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro?

The Buds3 uses an open-type design with an 11mm speaker. The Buds3 Pro uses an in-ear design with an enhanced 2-way speaker and Adaptive Noise Control.
