Just bought my 18 pro max from Mobilerelation Aljunied. Tried searching at Apple Store and other places they are out of stock. No. The Apple iPhone 6 Plus is not on Apple’s compatibility list for iOS 13 or later, so it stays on iOS 12. Many newer apps require a later version of iOS.
