Can I sell my Apple AirPods 5 if I opened the box but did not pair it?
Yes. Select "Unsealed and Non Activated" in the quote form. As long as the AirPods have not been paired with a device and all box contents are included, it is still treated as a new set.
I already paired my Apple AirPods 5. Can I still sell it as new?
Yes. Choose "Activated Within 3 Days" or "Activated More than 3 Days" depending on when you first paired it. It should still be in new condition with all box contents.
What if my Apple AirPods 5 has been used?

Can I sell an overseas Apple AirPods 5 in Singapore?

In accordance with the Secondhand Dealers Act regulated by the Singapore Police Force, we are obligated to verify the seller's identity. This requires a valid NRIC or Singpass for record-keeping purposes and a mandatory IMEI screening conducted through the authorized system. - Pricing for Multiple Units:
The advertised price applies to a single unit. Pricing for subsequent devices may vary. For trade-ins involving multiple items, please contact our team via WhatsApp to obtain an accurate quotation. - Device Eligibility and Ownership:
We strictly do not accept devices that are network or SIM-locked. Furthermore, we only process trade-ins for devices that are the legal property of the seller. Any attempt to trade in an ineligible or non-owned device may lead to legal proceedings. - Data Responsibility:
The seller is responsible for fully removing all personal data, Apple ID, Google accounts, iCloud locks, and any other security features before handing over the device. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from data that has not been properly erased. - Price Adjustment:
In the event of significant market fluctuations or changes in official buy-back values, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted price prior to the completion of the transaction. - Physical Condition and Deductions:
If the screen is heavily scratched or the housing is badly dented, we will deduct the amount based on the current market trade-in value.
