Terms and Conditions of Trade-In

1. Quotation and Device Condition:
   All price quotations are provisional and contingent upon the device meeting the specified condition criteria. We reserve the right to adjust the offered price or decline the transaction if the device's condition does not match the initial description.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
   In accordance with the Secondhand Dealers Act regulated by the Singapore Police Force, we are obligated to verify the seller's identity. This requires a valid NRIC or Singpass for record-keeping purposes and a mandatory IMEI screening conducted through the authorized system.
3. Pricing for Multiple Units:
   The advertised price applies to a single unit. Pricing for subsequent devices may vary. For trade-ins involving multiple items, please contact our team via WhatsApp to obtain an accurate quotation.
4. Device Eligibility and Ownership:
   We strictly do not accept devices that are network or SIM-locked. Furthermore, we only process trade-ins for devices that are the legal property of the seller. Any attempt to trade in an ineligible or non-owned device may lead to legal proceedings.
5. Data Responsibility:
   The seller is responsible for fully removing all personal data, Apple ID, Google accounts, iCloud locks, and any other security features before handing over the device. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from data that has not been properly erased.
6. Price Adjustment:
   In the event of significant market fluctuations or changes in official buy-back values, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted price prior to the completion of the transaction.
7. Physical Condition and Deductions:
   If the screen is heavily scratched or the housing is badly dented, we will deduct the amount based on the current market trade-in value.
